Jean-Marc has over 25 years of experience leading technology and business organisations leveraging the latest technology to implement innovative solutions for the most demanding customers in financial markets. Jean-Marc was Chief Executive Officer at AEMS from 2004 to 2007 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Instinet, the largest ECN and electronic broker in the US. Prior to these roles, Jean-Marc was Global Head of Equity Technology at Merrill Lynch between 1996 and 2000 and before that IT Development Manager at Banque Paribas Capital Markets.
Antoine Rescourio, who joined Celoxica as Chief Operating Officer in May 2008, combines more than 20 years’ experience, working at an executive management level, in both capital markets (for the buy side, sell side, and exchanges) and financial technology providers. Previously Antoine was Chief Operating Officer at a leading hedge fund; Senior Vice President at AEMS; and Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he spent eight years managing technology in continental Europe and implementing the European e-Trading platform. His earlier career includes ten years in technology and operations management with Reuters.
Antoine oversees Celoxica’s software development group, having joined the firm in 2017. His previous experience includes several senior-level positions at companies including QuantHouse, where he ran the Feed Handler development group, and Sophis (now Finastra), where he was in charge of the computation scalability team. Based in Celoxica’s Paris development centre, Antoine’s priorities are to ensure all elements of the development lifecycle are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible, across the full range of Celoxica Products and Services
Lee joined Celoxica in July 2007 as Chief Executive Officer restructuring the company and relaunching the firm in early 2008. In the summer of 2010 due to the company’s success and a growing number of US clients, he was appointed president of Celoxica Inc and moved to the US to spearhead client services and business development which included opening offices in New York and Chicago. In his current role, Lee heads Client Services and Sales activities globally for the firm. Prior to Celoxica, Lee held senior positions at ADP Inc, now Broadridge, and most recently was the Global Sales Director for AEMS.
Prior to joining Celoxica, Gilles was the European Head of Development for cash and derivatives trading platforms at NYSE Euronext, where he served for five years. Gilles also worked at Deutsche Bank as Director, Global Head of Order Management System and European Market Connectivity and at Goldman Sachs, where he held the position of Executive Director in the equities IT division.
In his current role, Gilles runs all product design, build and delivery for the company. Gilles and his team, have a track record of delivering efficient, scalable and highly resilient solutions for high volume trading environment.
