Jean-Marc has 35 years of experience leading technology and business organisations leveraging the latest technology to implement innovative solutions for the most demanding customers in financial markets.
Before Celoxica, Jean-Marc has held a number of senior positions including, CEO at the AEMS, President and Chief Operating Officer at Instinet, the largest ECN and electronic broker in the US, Global Head of Equity Technology at Merrill Lynch and IT Development Manager at Banque Paribas Capital Markets.
Jean-Marc’s mantra is that his and the company’s main KPI is customer satisfaction He loves meeting with clients and prospects to understand how to better service their business. Outside of work, Jean-Marc loves travelling, rugby, golf and Snowboarding, and his favourite pet is a Bernese mountain dog, called Alaska.
Lee has over 30 years of experience leading Sales and Client-facing teams within technology organisations providing products and services to the Financial Services sector.
Before Celoxica, Lee held several senior positions, including Head of Global Sales at AEMS, Head of International Sales at ADP Brokerage (now Broadridge), and Head of Financial Services Sales at SAS Institute.
Lee’s objective in his role at Celoxica is to know each client personally, understand their business priorities, and ensure Celoxica is best placed to service those clients as effectively and efficiently as possible. Outside of work, Lee enjoys art, travel, and trying to ward off the effects of middle age through open water swimming and other sports.
Antoine brings over three decades of executive leadership experience across capital markets and financial technology.
Before joining Celoxica, Antoine was COO at a leading hedge fund, SVP at AEMS working closely with executive teams to integrate and develop complex marketplace components. Prior to AEMS, he spent 8 years at Morgan Stanley, leading the technology teams across continental Europe and delivering the European e-Trading platform. He started his career at Reuters, spending ten years in technology and operations management.
Hands-on by instinct and serious about results, with a constant drive to keep moving forward, Antoine enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, tackling DIY projects (earning him the nickname “MacGyver”), and staying active through a mix of endurance and outdoor sports, including triathlon.
Prior to joining Celoxica, Gilles was the European Head of Development for cash and derivatives trading platforms at NYSE Euronext, where he served for five years. Gilles also worked at Deutsche Bank as Director, Global Head of Order Management System and European Market Connectivity and at Goldman Sachs, where he held the position of Executive Director in the equities IT division.
In his current role, Gilles runs all product design, build and delivery for the company. Gilles and his team have a track record of delivering efficient, scalable and highly resilient solutions for high-volume trading environments.
Antoine oversees Celoxica’s software development team, having joined the firm in 2017. His previous experience includes several senior-level roles at companies such as QuantHouse, where he led the Feed Handler development group, and Sophis (now Finastra), where he oversaw the computation scalability team.
From our Paris office, Antoine’s priority is to manage the global coherence, performance and the successful delivery of the full range of Celoxica Products and Services. Outside of work, Antoine enjoys playing badminton, skiing, hiking and coaching young engineers.
With over 25 years of experience in low latency systematic trading, market making and automated execution, Grant had also been a client of Celoxica for nearly 15 years before joining the team. For the prior six years Grant led a team that used Celoxica products in the design and build of a Central Risk Book and automated execution strategy for a large buy-side multi strategy fund across global futures. Prior to that Grant spent almost 15 years helping to run a global futures market making business, latterly as Chief Operating Officer.
Grant’s mandate is to bring his best practice experience of how to design, build and operate systematic trading systems to ensure Celoxica grows with it’s clients and continues to deliver high performance solutions with high performance service. Yoga, golf, skiing, a couple of dogs and an active family provide a balance to work life. Grant loves nothing better than standing huddled on the sideline in the pouring rain watching school rugby.
Michel brings over 35 years of experience in global electronic trading and financial services technology having led trading, sales, client services, and product management organisations.
Before joining Celoxica, he served as Global Head of Product Management and Market Data at Enfusion (now Clearwater Analytics). He spent 15 years at Instinet, was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers/Barclays, and has worked for several other innovative fintech, analytics, and digital asset firms.
At Celoxica, Michel leads US operations overseeing business development, US client coverage, support and onboarding. He and his team are guided by a simple principle: combine product, market and trading expertise with close client engagement to deliver consistently strong, well-executed product implementations and customer experience.
Outside of work, Michel enjoys skiing, surfing, puzzles and music. If he is not out enjoying these pursuits with family and friends you will probably find him behind his drum kit.
